What we need from you to answer with a figure rather than generalities

A lot of messages reach us asking "how much does clearance cost?". The honest answer is that the question cannot be answered before we know the goods, because duty is built on the tariff heading, the origin and the value — not on the size of the shipment. Send four things and we will give you an itemised estimate instead of a floating number:

• The goods description — type, model, and the material where it affects classification
• The country of origin — not the country of shipment; the difference changes the duty
• A photo of the commercial invoice if you have one — a quotation is enough to start
• The expected point of entry — Aqaba by sea, the airport by air, or a land crossing

From those alone we can tell you the likely tariff heading, any approvals that may be required, and the documents to ask your supplier for before shipping — with no obligation on your side.

Which channel is fastest

WhatsApp is fastest for questions and photos: a picture of the invoice arrives directly and we read it. Email suits complete files, formal documents and anything needing a written trail. The form on this page reaches us and is saved to our server before it is emailed, so your request is never lost even if mail delivery fails.

Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Jordan time. Messages outside those hours are read on the next working day.

Is your case urgent?
