What reaches us from you

Your details reach us in four ways and no others: the quote form on this site, the careers form if you are applying for a job, direct contact by WhatsApp, phone or email, and the shipment documents you send once an enquiry becomes an actual job. This page explains all four.

The quote form — what happens when you press send

The form is sent to this site's own server, not to any third party. Two things then happen in order: a copy of your request is saved to a file on the server, and the request is emailed to info@noahlogisticsllc.com.

The fields that reach us are the ones you type:

• Your name and phone number — required, because we cannot answer without them
• Your email address — optional
• The service and the customs point — optional, and they help us route the request
• The description of the goods you write yourself

Three technical details are saved with the request, the ones your browser sends automatically with any request to any website: your IP address, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. We keep them for one reason: telling automated submissions from real ones and stopping the form being flooded by bots. We do not use them to track you, we do not link them to any advertising profile, and we do not build a profile of you from them.

The site also keeps a short-lived counter that stops repeated submissions from the same device. That counter does not store your address — it stores an encrypted fingerprint of it that cannot be turned back into the address, and it expires after one hour and is erased.

Why we keep a copy on the server at all

For a practical reason, not a commercial one: email sometimes fails for reasons outside the site — a server setting, a full mailbox, a rejection by a mail provider. The saved copy means your request is not lost in those cases, and that we can go back to it and answer you even if the message never arrived. The file holding these requests is blocked from browser access and cannot be downloaded from the site by any URL.

The careers form and your CV

The careers page is a separate form that does not appear in the site menu and does not enter search engines: it reaches whoever we send the link to. Its data takes the same path as the quote form — to this site's own server, then by email to info@noahlogisticsllc.com — with one difference: it carries something the other does not, your CV file.

What reaches us in it: your name, the position you chose, your phone number, your email, where you live as you wrote it, your notes, and your CV if you upload one — which is optional, and the application is accepted without it.

We store the CV file on the server under a random name unconnected to yours, in a folder blocked from browser access: no URL opens it and no search engine reaches it. We accept only PDF and Word, and we inspect the file's own contents, not just its extension.

We do not send your CV to any outside party, we do not share it with another company, and we do not use it for anything other than considering your application.

Who can reach your data

• The staff handling your request
• The hosting company, by virtue of running the server the site sits on — it does not use your data for any purpose of its own
• The parties the customs procedure itself requires, and only once your enquiry becomes an actual job: the Jordan Customs Department, and the regulator responsible for your type of goods where an approval is needed

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not send you promotional messages you did not ask for.

Shipment documents

Invoices, certificates of origin and bills of lading and the like that you send us are treated as confidential business documents. We share them only with the parties the customs procedure itself requires, and we never publish shipment details or client names anywhere — not on the site, not on social media, not in any presentation.

How long we keep it

• The anti-flood fingerprint: one hour, then erased automatically
• Your quote request and correspondence: as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the transaction. Ask us to delete it and we delete it
• Your job application and CV: six months (180 days) from the date you sent it. After that the file and the application are both deleted from the server automatically, with no action from us. If you want them gone sooner, write to us and we do it
• Shipment documents: governed by the retention periods customs and accounting law impose on the transaction itself, not by our choice

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies at all: none for tracking, none for advertising, none for analytics. It loads no script, font or image from any external domain — every file is on our own domain. Any link that takes you to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google Maps runs only at the moment you click it.

As with any website, the hosting server records access requests in its technical logs. Those logs are part of running any server and are governed by the hosting provider's policy, not ours.

External links

The site links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. When you open those, their own policies apply, and we have no control over them or over what they collect about you.

Data security

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) enforced on every page. The requests file and the CV folder are blocked from direct browser access. Each form has a per-device submission limit that prevents flooding. Even so, no system on the internet is completely secure and we do not claim otherwise — which is why the form never asks you for sensitive details such as card or bank account numbers, and you should not send them through it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, for deletion of your data and correspondence, or for us to stop using it. Write to info@noahlogisticsllc.com or use the contact page, and we will act on it. We will not ask you for a reason.

This page changes when the facts change
